Collected Stripes arrives at The Scouted Studio on June 2.

This playful collection includes five framed 16x20 works and seven framed 11x14 works, each composed of layered, hand-torn painted stripes arranged into one-of-a-kind compositions.

No two are alike, and once theyā€™re gone, theyā€™re gone.

Wallpaper already brings pattern, movement, and personality, so the art has to be chosen with intention.

Stripes work because they add structure without fighting the wallpaper.

Large-scale abstracts work because they give the eye one strong place to land.

Art with 1ā€“2 color heroes works because it feels calm and intentional in a room that already has pattern.

Small framed abstracts work because they add a collected, layered detail without overwhelming the space.

The goal is not to compete with the wallpaper. Itā€™s to make the whole room feel more considered.

I want pieces with texture, depth, restraint, and a point of view. Something that feels considered, collected, and impossible to mass produce.

Original Art Under $250

I bet you didnā€™t realize that these framed 11 x 14 stripes that youā€™ve been seeing constantly from me are only $215. Thatā€™s right, you read that correct correctly.

I do this on purpose to make these accessible. Fine art does not have to cost you an arm and a leg. Theyā€™re a great beginning piece to your original art collection journey.
