Here are some harvested thoughts and a few little dittys I’ve been working on for the Sunflower Fest at the end of this month.

You know what kind of bird this is? We see him every morning on our walks, diving through the crisp air with his little battle shriek!

Let’s get these meetings back on track with a review of the handbook put together from all of our previous meetings… a true treasure chest of resources, tips and tricks for the business side of our artistic journeys! Maybe we can add to it, maybe we want to revise some things.

It will be fun to go over these things and GATHER MOMENTUM if any has been lost. Looking forward to exploring and inspiring each other again.

The handbook Doc itself is only accessible for Vision Train Vision Express Members, but this FREE TRIP will be a good chance to preview what’s available to you through membership.

“Guardian of the Rooted Path”

This painting is inspired by a summer spent respectfully harvesting medicine in the mountains of southern Colorado, beneath epic thunderstorms! ⛈️

The bear is associated with Osha Root (Ligusticum porteri), also known as bear root or chuchupate. After hibernation, bears are said to dig up these powerful roots to help awaken their digestive systems.

Osha has been one of the most treasured plant medicines in my life. It’s the herb I was taught to reach for when I’m feeling run down, and I’m deeply grateful for the protection and healing it has offered my family over the years.

The foreground is filled with other medicinal plants from the Southwest.

Today is our 1 year wedding anniversary ❤️‍🔥

It’s sure been a year of that would test anyone’s commitment, and ours just seemed to grow stronger.

I love you to the ends of time itself, REGIS 🌻 May the blessings and rewards of love continue to expand us, and show our baby daughter the beauty of this lifetime.
