We would love for you to join us for an evening gathering.

This month has been focused on Get The Vote out.

Singing Resistance has prepared voting songs that will be taught and sung at an Indivisible Greater Grand Rapids meeting 5/26 from 6:30-8pm.
IGGR also has prepared speakers on the importance of voting, join us there first if you can!

Afterwards, we will walk across the street to Juan Olivarez student plaza from 8-9-ish pm to learn, sing and find out how you can participate in the upcoming June 7 community fundraising event 🎶🥁🎶🥁🎶🥁

We invite you to be a part of our next gathering, and future gatherings!

We have decided to join together the 3rd Monday of every month to sing, learn new songs for future events we are participating in, continue to grow our singing community and meet new people in our communities, all while resisting rising authoritarianism and bringing down social injustices!!

We look forward to seeing you on May 18, 6:30-8pm…

We did it 🎉🎉🎉

It was so refreshing to get our group together again since NK3.
We had returning singers join us as well as new comers to the party, and resistance!

We shared food, stories, and our voices.

We aim to raise awareness through song and song writing, of the inequalities and social injustices not only in the communities in our own backyards, but in the country and the world we all live in.

If you are inspired and want to follow us on this journey, feel free to like and share our posts here on FB or on our Instagram page, join us at scheduled gatherings to sing and practice and create fellowship, or maybe you are a song leader and you want to learn how to lead your own pod!
