Next Generation Bull Riding is blowing up and it’s because of the dedication Uncle Denny has shown to helping out kids in spots to succeed - in and out of the arena!
It's Bigger than 8 seconds:
Sometimes, the biggest changes don’t start with trophies or titles.
They start with kids… and a dream that didn’t quite fit the mold.
These kids loved bull riding with everything they had. They loved the dirt, the gates, the sound of the crowd, and the heartbeat of the arena.
But their dreams didn’t look like everyone else’s. They didn’t all want to climb on the back of a bull.
After our growing his age Gunner gained a new profound dream of being a bullfighter—the one who run towards danger, not away from it.
Declan dreamed of being a judge—protecting fairness and integrity.
Brayden went to the PBR, he dreamed of being the safety man on his horse, Dorian dreamed of being the head of the arena crew, Dominic's dream was a stock contractor—the backbone of the sport that most people never see.
But there was a problem.There was no place for those dreams to be developed in youth bull riding.
They were told they couldn’t vote.
They were told it wasn’t an option.
They were told they were a liability—too different, too risky, too hard to fit into the system.
So they went home.
And instead of quitting… instead of giving up… they did something powerful.
They voted anyway.
They voted with their hearts.
They voted with their passion.
They voted with their faith.
Because they believed that God doesn’t place dreams in our hearts by accident. The Bible reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that means every purpose matters—whether it’s in the spotlight or behind the scenes.
That vote became Next Generation Bull Riding.
A place where every role matters.
A place where kids don’t have to change their dreams to belong.
A place where what some called a “liability” became a strength.
They trusted that when God opens a door, no one can shut it—and when the door doesn’t exist, sometimes God calls us to build one.
Those kids didn’t just create an organization.
They created opportunity.
They created inclusion.
They created a future.
And that’s the lesson for all of us today.
When the world labels you a liability, remember this: God specializes in using what others overlook. He turns doubt into purpose and rejection into calling. You don’t need permission to walk in the plan God has for you.
Sometimes, you don’t wait for a seat at the table.
Sometimes… you build a new table.
Because dreams placed by God don’t need approval to be real.
They need faith, courage, and obedience.
And the next generation?
They’re not waiting to be invited.
They’re already answering the call.
