I had the absolute pleasure of going to NOVA RESET tonight! My oldest daughter and I got a sneak peek of Grand Island's newest business-offering red light therapy, compression therapy, cold exposure, saunas and vibration plates! I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit-especially after lugging my equipment!

Be sure to check them out! Why not become one of the first 100 members, like me?!
