Committed to inclusivity and comradery, we welcome music enthusiasts of all skill levels to join us in creating beautiful harmonies & friendships! FAQ'S:
------What does a season look like?------
Spring: January-March
Summer: April-July/August
Fall/Winter: August-December
2-3 weeks per season we tour our show to (5) local venues including the area’s Assisted Care Facilities. We believe everyone
should have the ability to enjoy the gift of music. At the end of our tour, we bring our season to a close with a fun community concert with arts, crafts and coloring for all ages to enjoy during the show because music means so much more than listening, it means gathering with friends, family and connecting with those around you!
------Where do we perform?------
We like to spread the joy of music to everyone, especially those who wouldn’t typically have the chance or ability to attend events of this nature. We tour the area’s assisted care facilities and provide music before each of our shows at the Empire Arts Center. Some of the facilities we currently visit are:
Grand Forks Growth and Support Center
Edgewood Grand Forks
The Good Samaritan Society in East Grand Forks
Valley Senior Living on Columbia
Valley Senior Living on Cherry
St. Anne’s Living Center
The Listen Center
We are also open to other organizations booking us for events, depending on availability.
------ What instruments do we have and what are we looking for?------
We currently have: Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass. We welcome anyone within these areas to join us!
------When do we rehearse/how do I join?------
We rehearse every Monday and Thursday evening from 7pm-8:30pm. (We ask that all members attend at least one rehearsal per week)
