I have been very fortunate to have such a talented group of students this year for the first Pirate Players Production class. These students have consistently shown up each day ready to put in the hard work and grow as theatre artists. To say I am proud of these kids would be an understatement. Today was a hard day to have to say goodbye to our eighth graders. I can’t wait to see all of the amazing things that these students accomplish. I am one proud director!

What a day for the Pirate Players! 💜🎭

Huge congratulations to our cast and crew of “The Amazing Lemonade Girl” for earning 2nd Place Overall at today’s UIL One Act Play competition! I am incredibly proud of the hard work, heart, and dedication these students brought to the stage.

Special congratulations to our individual award recipients:
⭐ Emory McPhate — Best Performer
⭐ Lily Ross — All Star Cast
⭐ Mason Pelkey — Honorable Mention All Star Cast
⭐ Adalynn Hunter — Best Technician

We also want to give a big shoutout to Acton Middle School for earning 3rd Place with their production of “I Never Saw Another Butterfly”. Congratulations on an incredible performance!
