from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to our amazing clients, friends, and family who came to show their support for all of us and the shop!! we brought home a bunch of awards, and our artists were busy all weekend! special thanks to Holland Holland Kaye for taking good care of us and our clients all weekend, and for our special guests Dana Morse and Tattoos by Emmajane for joining us in the obsidian moon booth!!! we already can't wait for the next one! 💞

we can’t forget about our og resident artist !!! kylie’s been with us since we opened the shop in october 2022, but she’s been tattooing for 6 years now! the amount of progress that kylie’s made in her work since starting at obsidian moon is astounding and we love to see it! kylie specializes in fine line, neotraditional mixed with realism, black and gray, as well as glitter tattoos! the versatility in Kylie's work really allows for her to create some fun designs and you can book directly with kylie by emailing [email protected] . her books are open right, but they’re filling up faster than ever. book now with kylie while she still has time available!!

Let’s talk about our resident artist ! derek’s been at our shop for about a year and a half now, tattooing for 8 years, and he’s absolutely killing it! specializing in color realism/surrealism with an emphasis on fire, his work is out of this world! besides fire, derek loves to tattoo nature scenes, food, animals, etc. if you want to book with derek, you can reach out to him directly by emailing [email protected] and let his assistant know all the details! his books are OPEN and we can’t wait to see what else he creates! also, if you're not already following Derek.... you probably should be!

Please join us in officially welcoming our final new resident artist !!! She starts in the shop today and we’re all absolutely thrilled to have her in our space! Specializing in super clean line work in black and grey, she really enjoys anything with textures and making a one of a kind piece for her clients. She was born and raised in NH, with a strong love for nature and the surroundings. She danced for 13 years as a kid, and using that background, one of her favorite parts of tattooing is utilizing you- the canvas, as part of the art. Tattooing for 10 years and momming for 3, her journey with tattooing has been one of healing, connecting and growth. Art has always been a safe space for her, and she hopes to create a safe space for you in this crazy world. We’re so excited to watch Meghan work at the shop. Her books are currently closed, so give her a follow, and keep an eye out for when she opens them again soon!

Although she’s only been tattooing professionally for about a year and a half- she is talented, driven and ready to take her work to the next level!, She’s especially passionate about black & grey and color realism, and she loves blending styles to create unique, custom pieces that stand out for her clients. Outside of tattooing, you can usually find her skiing, camping, or curled up with a good book. We can’t wait to see what Paige creates in our studio. Please join us in officially welcoming our new resident artist Emma! ❤️‍🔥 She had her first day at the shop yesterday, and we couldn’t be more excited! .ink has been tattooing professionally since December 2024 and although she’s a newer tattoo artist, she’s way ahead of the game with her clean line work/delicate shading, and has so much more potential! Emma specializes in fine-line, and she loves anything floral or botanical. She especially enjoys a good wrap around/freehand project. Her style is often described as very feminine, however her main mission has always been to be a safe and comfortable space for all of her clients. Everyone is welcome in her chair!
