🦋 Butterflies joined us for Grace in Motion! 🦋

We filled our space The Berkeley at Short Pump with beautiful butterflies as we moved together through scripture, music, and gentle movement—a sweet reminder of hope, joy, and new beginnings.

And at the end, each participant chose a butterfly to take home as a little reminder of our time together. 💕🦋

Sometimes the smallest touches make the biggest moments.

🥁Drum roll!!🥁 Introducing Hermitage Three Chopt tropical wreaths- and of course they have specially selected inspirational notes, butterfly embellishments, and are sprayed with lavender essential oil! 💐

🌊🎨 Abundant Days Art Therapy Class 🎨🌊
We had such a wonderful time at our Abundant Days Art Therapy class with our amazing Abundant Days partners! 💙

Participants explored a new art technique that created a beautiful, beachy vibe. 🐚☀️🌊 It was a relaxing and creative experience filled with color, imagination, connection, and plenty of beach-inspired fun!

🎨 Saturday Art Programs Are Opening for Fall! 🍂

We’re excited to open a limited number of Saturday morning Abundant Art programs this fall with a special purpose behind them!

During September, October, and November, we’ll be creating opportunities for VCU art students to gain meaningful, hands-on experience alongside Abundant Days while bringing creative and engaging art experiences to older adults.

This is a great opportunity for communities that have been looking for:

🎨 A quality weekend activity for residents
🍂 Fun, seasonal art experiences
💛 Meaningful intergenerational connection
🖌️ An opportunity to support future art professionals and educators
