The theme today- Virginia Beach at Hermitage Three Chopt! We brought the beach in with real sand through our fingers and got to pick out shells! We even found some pearls… 🏝️🌊 Add a splash of sunshine glitter, some birds, and perfecto!

This month we are talking about strength, and we had the privilege to create a beautiful poem inspired by our psalms this month with The Berkeley at Short Pump Residents! Just beautiful!!

Creating “soft strength” with our watercolor butterflies and Luna moths!!

Fun fact…

🦋🌙 The monarch butterfly and Luna moth teach us strength.

A monarch butterfly, weighing less than a paper clip, can travel thousands of miles during its migration. The Luna moth undergoes a remarkable transformation and adapts to an entirely new stage of life where they don’t even eat.

Both remind us that strength isn’t always about power. Sometimes it’s the endurance to keep going as the Monarch. Sometimes it’s the courage to adapt to a new normal as the Luna Moth.
