My name is Michaelangelo and I run a mindfulness workshop called “Breaking The Stone”. I'm bringing the workshop to my hometown at the Wolcott Youth Center. FREE Admission! The workshop is a sharing circle designed to cultivate a safe space to talk about our daily lives and share emotional navigation strategies to help us become and maintain the best version of ourselves. In a vision, Starpeople showed me that all beings are interconnected. We live by the light of the Sun, we are all Starpeople. Discovering how we are united through Light and Love is the ecstatic mission of the soul. Our soul operates through mind and body to connect or unite us with Infinite Spirit ultimately erasing a sense of separate selfhood. The Kosmos is sacred space in which our Being arises. Our Being is on a journey to recover the source of our Being.
