🎶 When I Wake Up to Sleep No More by The Inspirations ❤️

Sharing a little highlight from when we had the opportunity to hear The Inspirations at Dunlap High School near Peoria, Illinois, back at the end of June!

Here’s one of their longtime classics, “When I Wake Up to Sleep No More.” What a great song with a timeless Gospel message. 🙏🎤

One thing I especially enjoyed was hearing that traditional quartet sound with live piano, guitars, instruments, and vocals no tracks. Just good, classic Southern Gospel music!

We certainly enjoyed hearing The Inspirations and look forward to seeing them again someday. If you ever get the opportunity to hear them in person, we definitely recommend it! 🎶👏

🎹❤️ A SWEET JUBILEE MEMORY | “YESTERDAY” 🎶

Here’s a special Throwback Thursday moment from this year’s Geneseo Gospel Jubilee with the Mark Trammell Quartet!

There was just something special about hearing “Yesterday” with that simple piano and bass guitar accompaniment. Sometimes you don’t need much just a great Gospel song and a message that speaks straight to the heart. 🙏

Life changes. Seasons change. The world around us changes. But Jesus never changes.

What a comforting reminder from Hebrews 13:8:
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.”

🎹🎶 NAME THAT TUNE! 👏😊

Here’s another fun highlight from Josh Townsend’s solo concert at this year’s Geneseo Gospel Jubilee!

This one had such a lively, classic Gospel feel and Josh sure knew how to make that piano sing! 🎹🙌 Can you name the tune?

We’re so thankful for Josh and the blessing he was to our Jubilee, and once again, thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening so special.

Southern Gospel fans, mark your calendars! We’re now just over a month away from a special evening of Gospel music right here in Geneseo.

Ernie Haase & Signature Sound will bring their Then & Now Tour to Kingswood Church on Sunday, October 4th. Opportunities like this don’t come along every day in our area, and we’re thankful to see another nationally known Southern Gospel group coming to our community! ❤️🎶

Throwing it back to this past Saturday at the Geneseo Gospel Jubilee and a fun moment from the Mark Trammell Quartet!

Here’s a little highlight from “When Morning Sweeps Across the Eastern Sky” a longtime MTQ favorite that had folks clapping right along. There’s just something special about hearing great Southern Gospel quartet music live! ❤️
