As many of you already probably know, we lost a legend yesterday.
For many of us at Gamers Alley and for many of you reading this now you probably knew him as Optimus Prime. I’m pretty sure as you read the words "Autobots, roll out!" you can hear his voice in your head too.
Or maybe you knew him as Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh, Monterey Jack from Chip 'n' Dale's Rescue Rangers, the narrator from Voltron, Ramrod from Saber Rider, or more recently Thaedus in Invincible.
However you’ve come to know him, we wanted to share the story of how his brother inspired him to create the iconic voice of Optimus Prime and pay tribute to the man that has inspired generations.
“Don’t be a Hollywood hero. Be a real hero. Real heroes don’t yell or act tough; they are strong enough to be gentle.”
