A quick survey: I'm creating a pater noster cord, and I've chosen my stone for the beads (spoiler: it's this beautiful golden citrine) and I'm looking for a Christian symbol to attach at the begining/end. Some have suggested a simple cross but I'm in the market for something more ornate, like a coptic cross, or a dove, or a chalice. My instinct is to make a small stained glass piece to attach, but it would make an already clunky pater noster cord even clunkier. I'm wondering what your favorite Christian symbol is (if you have one) for inspiration. Some of mine are the quatrefoil, the keys of saint Peter, rainbows 🌈

Hello! I have another mala up for sale. Thank you to everyone who have supported this little adventure in fundraising.

These malas are made of green jade and brown agate, with touches of jasper and petrified wood beads. It is a 108 bead mala- heavy, with a dark brown silk tassel. It's also cool to the touch, Right, Chris Budin ? Tagging Stephy here just in case you wanted to check this one out 😄.

I just secured some large, untreated emerald pebbles from beads of paradise. I can't recommend them enough. They sell genuine stones and they have a clear understanding where they are sourced from. Stay tuned cause I'm turning them into prayer beads. I'm so excited!!!
