Enjoy these photos of some of the critters that have stopped by Camp Sheppard lately! Nature is always full of surprises, and we love sharing a few special visitors from around camp. Which one is your favorite?

A cool little story behind the last couple photos 🦅

This baby American Kestrel hawk was found sitting in the rain on the sidewalk outside the dining hall. She was taken to Three Rivers Aviation center to be cared for and examined, and was later released back here at Camp Sheppard!

Now she likes to hang around the dining hall and stop by for visits every now and then. We love seeing our little feathered friend back where she belongs!
