About 8 years ago, a young artist hosted a block party in Philadelphia for people to come out and enjoy the communities that they're apart of.

That artist is the creator behind the record label Mad Decent and the now they have more than 25 block parties around the country every summer.

So last night with Diplo back in the city where it all began, he made sure to give all sorts of love to the hometown crowd.

It was a great night full of good vibes, big smiles, and lots of fun.

This weekend we're to California for one of our favorite summer music festivals.
Splash House has all the best things about Coachella without the drama of having to deal with 80,000 people. Did we mention it's a 3-day pool party?

Over the past three summers between our group, we've lost a combined 7 cellphones and 9 wallets.

This year, things are different.

In the past, holding your smartphone outside of a moving vehicle was considered irresponsible.

Now, people just like Brendan, a resident of the far Northern wilderness in Canada, aren't afraid of dropping their phone while taking photos in precarious places!

If you're a music festival ju**ie like we are, you probably know what a huge weekend this is!

Things kicked off last night in Chicago with Lollapalooza celebrating the festival's 25th birthday.

Meanwhile, across the country, HARD presents... is gearing up for Hard Summer outside of Los Angeles, CA.

Half the Case Lace team is currently mid-way through Day 2 at Lolla but the rest of us leave for California tonight.

Typically, it's during this 'calm before the storm,' that I tend to get anxious about the realistic possibility that I'm going to lose my phone... but I'm prepared this time and Case Lace keeps me from stressing about that.
