"That's the Gatorbox font" (Bebas Neue) has been a running gag with our viewers over the past 5 to 6 years. When the current Gatorbox logo was designed all the way back in 2016 the font was not widely used, however because it's a free typeface it slowly began to be adopted by other creators, notably SciShow for use in all of their titles.

Here's a screenshot from the latest Zootopia 2 trailer that released today. It's not the same font, but it's close enough. And gee those colors sure do look familiar. This is getting silly.

(The Gatorbox colors were chosen in 2013 when the channel was rebranded to that name. The font has changed, once, but the palette has been the same.)

Coming up November 2 & 3 we have our 12th annual charity marathon benefiting Extra Life! We've used variations of the same layout for the past few years now so it was time to redo the entire thing with a new format and color scheme, what do you think? COMING SOON -- Our order of replicas of the "Kickstarter Pen" from the hit show Your Level SUCKS just arrived! This pen was just a simple way for Draco to write down the names of the levels to be featured in an episode of the show for reference when it was eventually edited, but after a few episodes the pen became something of an inside joke and Draco would hide it in certain places or do tricks with it before the start of every show.

The actual original pen from Your Level SUCKS was auctioned off for charity several years ago. These are exact replicas of the original pen however, featuring the Amiga Computers logo (because Draco got the pen from backing a Kickstarter for a book about the Amiga).

MARK YOUR CALENDARS -- On November 2&3 (weekend) the *12th Annual* Extra Life charity marathon raising money for Driscoll Children's Hospital will be running on Gatorbox!! The show will run from 10AM-10PM (Central) at https://twitch.tv/gatorbox

For 11 years Gatorbox has been the biggest driving force supporting this hospital through Extra Life. For the past 5 years Gatorbox has ranked the #1 fundraiser for Driscoll with an average total of $2,350 per marathon. Last year Gatorbox was recognized with Extra Life's Lifetime Achievement Award!!

Big things ahead for 2025 as Gatorbox enters its 14th season on the air!
- The Gatorbox Store launch! Lots of cool memorabilia from the show including stickers, keychains, pins, and props all at reasonable prices. Plus an inventory of Gatorbox-adjacent pop culture stuff that we're certain you'll love.
- Articles of Conflagration debut! A new "sit down comedy" show hosted by Draco and co-written by series contributor Roastmaster. Draco performs readings and interpretations of the best articles ever published by Twilight Foundry from their 2001-2024 archives.
- Gatorbo### debut! A show that we can't actually run on Twitch because the games featured in it are NSFW. A throwback to the wild west days of Gatorbox when we could get away with quite a bit. Debuting uncensored as a Patreon exclusive because that's the only way we can set up an age verification gate.
