We had the opportunity yesterday afternoon to take a tour of Karnemaat Farms.

On our tour we were able to explore the farm and see the moving parts that go into their daily operations. Amongst some of their produce, the farm grows squash, pumpkins and carrots. These specific crops are supplied to Ge**er and used to make baby food.

The tour was led by one our recent Queen’s Victoria Karnemaat and her brother Isaiah. We learned about their family values and mission statement. Each of the girls got the chance to take a ride on one of the tractors used by the farm.

We are so thankful to be given this opportunity to learn and experience the inner workings of the farm.

As harvest season is approaching we are getting prepared to help the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce host the Fremont Harvest Festival, September 24-26. We hope to see everyone there!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Newaygo County Fair for letting us swing by last Saturday for the Southpoint Rodeo. What an awesome time we had!

We are excited to announce your 2026 National Baby Food Festival Queen is Cayman Ramsey.

Thank you to everyone who stopped out to the festival this week and made a donation in the Queen’s bins. There were able to raise more than $2,000 that is going to be donated to local non-profit groups!

It’s the last day to get your donations in towards your favorite Queen! The voting will be open outside the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce until 3:30pm (Friday). Don’t forget to stop out at our crowning at 6:45pm.

Drop any coins, bills or checks in the Queens donation bin!

All funds raised will be donated and split between Smiles By Mail of Fremont and Gearhead Garage of Heperia. Both of these groups make a big impact on not only our community but the surrounding areas.

The community vote is one extra vote towards our next Queen. So make sure to swing by and drop in your change to help decide who you want to be Queen!

The National Baby Food Festival is officially underway. This means our Queen’s Court community voting is open!
From today (Wednesday) until Friday afternoon swing by the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce to drop off a donation in one of our Queens bins!

Our collection bin will be near the front of the Fremont Chamber each day. Any coins, bills and checks will be accepted!

All funds raised will be donated and split between Smiles By Mail of Fremont and Gearhead Garage of Heperia. Both of these groups make a big impact on not only our community but the surrounding areas.

The community vote is one extra vote towards our next Queen. So make sure to swing by and drop in your change to help decide who you want to be Queen!

Cherries, cherries and more cherries!

We celebrated this weekend at the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City. It was so awesome meeting other Queens and spreading more information about our own festival!

Spotlight Day #4!

Meet our final 2026 National Baby Food Festival Queens Court Member McKenah Raugh.

Here’s a message from McKenah:

Hi! My name is Kenah Raugh. I am a current senior at Fremont High School. I wish to continue my schooling at Ferris State University to get my Bachelors in nursing to then work my dream job as a NICU Nurse. I am one of 8 siblings and in the summers I enjoy boating with my family.
