The Virginia Cello Ensembles

The Virginia Cello Ensembles With three levels of placement, the VCE welcomes cellists of all ages with one or more years of playing experience.

The VCE (Virginia Cello Ensembles) is a unique all cello community orchestra dedicated to offering cellists a challenging and enriching opportunity to cultivate their musical abilities and increase their technical proficiency through performance. The VCE was proud to partner with the Rappahannock Pops Orchestra as part of their pre-concert outreach program this past March. In addition the VCE has

performed around the Fredericksburg region spreading holiday joy at the Spotsylvania Towne Centre in December 2014, provided musical entertainment for the cancer research fundraiser “Tea for Michelle”, appeared as the guest ensemble at the Fredericksburg Festival of the Performing Arts Young Artist Competition as well as the Forte Music Studios Annual Senior Showcase Recitals.
