One of the groups we will have at 12pm is JON TYLER WILEY. He is a Fredericksburg native whose band, Jon Tyler Wiley & His Virginia Choir, has been active since 2020, touring the eastern seaboard and beyond while releasing two LPs and numerous singles, including this year’s critically acclaimed album “Pictures in the Dark.” Before the Virginia Choir played its first notes, Wiley was (and still is) an in-demand sideman, performing with artists such as Stephen Kellogg and doing occasional work with 90’s alt heroes Sister Hazel. Wiley also curates and hosts the popular writers’ round “One Night Only,” which is a live performance featuring 4 singer/songwriters trading songs back and forth; this “One Night Only” format has appeared in four different locations around the state of Virginia. As the front man of the Virginia Choir, Wiley is gaining recognition as an energetic frontman and compelling lyricist. The band’s Americana Rock and Roll earned Glide magazine’s praise as “A band that you most definitely need to know.” See Jon also on August 24 at Wilderness Run Vineyards.

We have a great line up for you on Saturday, August 17. At 11:00 am we have THE WELLBILLIES!

They play the classic country music of Nashville, Bakersfield, and Austin from the 1950-70s. Their song list includes numbers from Hank Williams, Ernest Tubb, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, and Waylon Jennings.
The Wellbillies are SCOTT BUCHANAN - guitar; GARY LEE GIMBLE - pedal steel guitar, NATHAN GREEN - lead guitar, STEPHEN HU - bass, and CHASE GILBERT - drums.
