Camp is off to a great start! Days 1 and 2 so far have included learning A and B routines, All American, and some fun technique!

Come out to support your REGIONAL CHAMPS and get your car washed Saturday, July 22nd!! We will be at Advance Auto in Nicholasville from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Donations are greatly appreciated. Hope to see you there!

THIS TEAM. Where do I begin? It's been an incredible season. They continue to impress me on a daily basis and today at State was no exception. We placed 6th in the state out of 13 VARSITY TEAMS!!!They've grown SO much as a group and overcome every obstacle, including when one of our amazing girls was diagnosed with the flu last night and we reworked the entire routine for today. They didn't miss a beat. I couldn't ask for a better team to coach!! Love you all 💙💙 Can't wait to see everything that you all accomplish next year!
