The Morini Gallery at Mass Arts Center is delighted to announce that it is now accepting submissions for its Season Opening Exhibition, 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬: 𝒃𝒚 𝑺𝒆𝒂, 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒓 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅.

This exhibition welcomes abstract landscapes that capture atmosphere, movement, and connection, celebrating place not as a fixed view, but as something felt, remembered, and reimagined. We are especially seeking work that dissolves boundaries between environment and emotion, and transcends representation to reveal new visual languages for the spaces we inhabit. Artists working in painting, drawing, and mixed media are encouraged to apply.

𝑺𝒖𝒃𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂:
• Open to painting, drawing, and mixed media (𝘕𝘰 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦)
• Submissions should demonstrate a strong commitment to abstraction, with a clear connection to landscape, environment, or place.
• All work must be 2D and not exceed 36 inches vertically and horizontally, including framing.
• Artwork must be hand-delivered (no shipping).

Get ready Foxborough!
Our new fox is coming this summer!
A local artist is bringing it to life and it'll be installed in front of the Community Center.

But we need your help to make this and future public arts events - like murals - happen! We've just kicked off a fundraising campaign instead of the originally planned public auction. Be part of something special and support public art in Foxborough!

• $1,000+ sponsors: name engraved on a plaque at the base of a fox
• $50-$999 sponsors: name engraved on a plaque at the Community Center

Exciting news! The Foxborough Cultural Council will be unveiling a new fox this summer! It is currently being painted by a local artist and will be installed in front of the Community Center sometime in July. Stay tuned for The Big Reveal event date, time and more details to be held at the Community Center.

To fund this new fox and other future p***c art installations (like murals) we just kicked off a fund raiser in lieu of the original plan to sell the foxes at a public auction. The Foxborough community did not want to see these beautiful works of art go away.

Please see the flyer below for fundraiser details. All $1,000 + sponsors will have their names engraved on a new plaque at the base of a fox. All $50 - $999 sponsors will have their names engraved on a large plaque to be installed at the community center.
