Yesterday’s D23 Horizons did NOT disappoint! 😍

There are SO many exciting things coming to Disney Parks and Disney Cruise Line, and it has been the sweetest Sunday catching up on all the updates!

From Villains Land and Piston Peak at Magic Kingdom, to Monstropolis at Hollywood Studios, the transformation happening at Animal Kingdom, and the return of Figment & Dreamfinder at EPCOT… there is A LOT to look forward to! 💜✨

Then there’s Coco coming to Disneyland, the new Disney Believe cruise ship, and an entirely NEW class of Disney Cruise Line ships on the horizon! 🚢🌊

As a Disney fan AND a travel advisor, I absolutely love seeing all of these new experiences on the horizon. There are so many more Disney adventures to dream about! ✨

Now it officially feels like fall at Walt Disney World, and I couldn’t be more excited! Halloween season at Magic Kingdom is one of my favorite times of the year—the decorations, the treats, the cozy vibes… I love it all! 🧡✨

🚗🍟 Foodie Friday | National Drive-Thru Day 🍔✨

It’s National Drive-Thru Day, and while you won’t find a traditional drive-thru inside the Disney parks, Disney has plenty of delicious spots where you can grab a quick meal and get right back to the magic!

Here are a few “grab-and-go” spots:

🧇 Sleepy Hollow (Magic Kingdom) – Sweet and savory waffle options, plus funnel cakes!

🐟 Yorkshire County Fish Shop (EPCOT) – Perfect for a quick lunch while strolling around World Showcase.

🌭 Casey’s Corner (Magic Kingdom) – Hot dogs, fries, and a pianist playing just outside! Don’t forget the cheese sauce…it’s a cult favorite! 😜

🥪 Woody’s Lunch Box (Hollywood Studios) – Totchos and Lunch Box Tarts are always worth the stop. Plus, they have my favorite drink on property—the Grown-Up Lemonade! 🍋

🥣 Satu’li Canteen (Animal Kingdom) – One of the best quick-service restaurants on property, with customizable bowls that are both delicious and filling.

Sometimes the best Disney meals aren’t fancy reservations—they’re the ones you grab between Lightning Lanes, parades, and your next favorite attraction!

🚀✨ Thrill Thursday 💫

Today I’m featuring my favorite ride on property: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! 💜🌌

It gives me all the nostalgia of Space Mountain but with a modern twist. The smooth ride system, entertaining pre-show, and the way you’re rotated to face the action while the Guardians race to save the galaxy make every ride feel like a new adventure.

And I can’t leave out the music! 🎶 Every ride features a different soundtrack, so no two experiences are exactly the same. My all-time favorite is “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire. 💃 It always brings me back to the very first time I rode Cosmic Rewind with my son, making that song even more special every time I hear it.

💛👶 Travel Tip Tuesday! 🏰✨

Today’s tip is for all the parents traveling with babies, toddlers, and stroller-aged kiddos!

A Disney vacation truly has something for everyone—but let’s be honest… meltdowns don’t take a vacation. 😅

My husband and I have traveled to Disney with all three of our kids at different ages, and we’ve learned one very important lesson: even the best plans don’t always go as planned. Be ready for diaper changes, snack breaks, and air conditioning when little ones get overheated or overstimulated.

One of my favorite “parent hacks” is the Baby Care Center in each Disney park. They’re quiet, air-conditioned spaces where you can:
🍼 Heat bottles or baby food
👶 Change diapers
🛍️ Purchase forgotten essentials
🪑 Sit down for a few minutes and let everyone regroup

It’s the perfect place to hit the reset button before heading back out for more magic.

I also share my favorite packing recommendations and tips with all of my clients to help make traveling with little ones as stress-free as possible!

Some of our very best Disney memories were made when our kids were babies and toddlers. Was every moment magical? Nope! 😂 But with a little patience, realistic expectations, and a sprinkle of pixie dust, those challenging moments quickly become memories you’ll laugh about later.

✨🏰 Magic Monday 💙

One of my favorite castle views in Magic Kingdom. ✨

The sun is shining, the castle is in the distance, Tomorrowland is just ahead, and that iconic music loop is playing in the background. 💚

There’s something about riding the PeopleMover that makes me slow down for a minute and simply be thankful to be on vacation. Sometimes the best Disney moments aren’t the biggest thrills—they’re the quiet ones that remind you you’re exactly where you want to be. 🥹

🍽️🦒 Foodie Friday 🦁✨

We’re wrapping up this week of Disney vacation highlights with one of my favorite topics…food! 🍽️ And if I could only recommend one restaurant at Walt Disney World, Tusker House Restaurant might just be it! 🦁 💚

The food is absolutely delicious, with a mix of familiar favorites and African-inspired flavors that make it feel like you’re trying something a little different while still finding plenty for everyone in the family to enjoy.

And then there are the characters in their safari outfits! Seeing Donald, Daisy, Mickey, and Goofy dressed in their adorable outfits never gets old! The atmosphere is so much fun, and the character interactions always make this meal feel extra special.

One of my favorite things about Tusker House is that
it’s the perfect place to slow down (in the AC!) in the middle of a busy park day. You get a delicious meal, a chance to cool off, and plenty of time to make magical memories with some of Disney’s most beloved characters.

For me, it’s a must-do every single trip, and I honestly can’t imagine visiting Animal Kingdom without stopping here. ❤️
