Monte Cristo Croissant Caserole.
I'm big on making a shmorgis board of breakfast food on Christmas morning, however this year for Christmas I chose to make a Caserole I thought people would like with our meal.

2021 - 2025
On May 30, 2025 my "baby girl" Faye seized while under anesthesia before undergoing life threatening surgery. The abscess in her lung was too much for her to breath

Faye wondered up to me at my front door one night before taking Trowa for a walk. She became apart of my family. She was my... our... "baby girl" and she deserved to have more of a life.

She deserved more.

I can't wait to see her again when my time finally comes.
