Every garden needs tending — and so does an orchestra. As we wrap up the 2025-26 season and prepare for FLOURISH, the Fort Worth Civic Orchestra wants to make sure our donors get their flowers. 🌸 Because of your generosity, we expanded our outreach, performed in new spaces, and found a temporary home for our library and equipment as we look ahead. This season has been quite the adventure, and we are so grateful to have grown it alongside you. We can't wait to see what blooms in the fall of 2026, our 50th season together.

After more than five years, the Fort Worth Civic Orchestra is moving on from our home at Birchman Baptist Church. We are so grateful for their generosity - they welcomed us with open arms asked for very little in return.

Both FWCO and Birchman have grown over the years, so it's time that we found a new place to call home. And we have every reason to find one: Next season is our 50th! 🎉

We've been part of Fort Worth since 1977, and we're not stopping now. Come celebrate with us at "Flourish" on May 16 at Orchestra Hall. 🎶

The community music group had been housed at Birchman Baptist Church in far west Fort Worth for more than five years.

We are thrilled to announce the winners of our Young Musicians Concerto Competition! 🎉
First place goes to Louie Yeh, who performed Prokofiev's Violin Concerto No. 1, and second place to Benjamin Beshay, who performed Hindemith's Der Schwanendreher. Both will take the stage with us at our Spring concert — the season finale, on May 16 — to perform their pieces again. You don't want to miss it!
Congratulations, Louie and Benjamin. We can't wait to perform alongside you!
