Welcome back to the pod. This episode Kas was busy but we did get Leo back this week. We got right back to business. This week we spoke on Leo's new journey in his profession after so many years put in at another gig. That led us into mental health and I will say that we believe that is the most important part of your self that you should take care of. I plugged by media company called Off The Bench TV on YouTube.
