Sometimes the simplest teaching tools make the biggest difference. 🎹

Using visual cues like “L” for left and “R” for right helps students connect what they see on the page with what their hands are doing at the piano.

It’s one small way our instructors break music down into approachable, easy-to-understand steps helping students build confidence as they learn.

🌟Does your teen play piano?🌟

We are recruiting Associate Piano Teachers 🎹

Teens ages 14-17 with at least 5 years of playing experience are invited to apply to join our teaching staff at Grow Your Gift Conservatory of Music.

Associate teachers are placed with our beginning piano students and mentored by our professional instructors.

This is an excellent opportunity to operate in leadership roles, contribute to the music education movement, and build their networks as they move though high school and beyond.

Schedules are flexible and pay starts at $20.00 per teaching hour.

Our Associate Teachers in the past have gone on to perform with the FSU Marching Chiefs, become leaders on their college campus, intern at the Pentagon, and have even attended Juilliard. We are honored to be a part of these young people’s journey!

We are SO excited and incredibly proud of our Founder, Ms. Marlayna, who has officially been selected for the Fall 2026 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program!

Over the next several months, Ms. Marlayna will have the opportunity to learn alongside other business owners, work with incredible business mentors and experts, make new connections across the country, and spend some serious time thinking about what’s next for Grow Your Gift.

Ms. Toccara, Mr. Eli, and Mr. Jason came together to compose an original musical piece that they performed this past Saturday—and how amazing is that?!

This moment truly speaks to the culture we’re building at Grow Your Gift. We don’t just teach music—our instructors genuinely LOVE music. They love using their gifts, creating together, and sharing that passion with our students and community.

There’s something special about seeing our teachers step outside of their classrooms, collaborate, and simply enjoy making music together. That same creativity and love for their craft is what they pour into their students every day.
