Sometimes we cut our fingers as we pick up the broken shards of our lives.

The compounding pain stings as our mortality seems pointless and future appears bleak.

An unexpected opening may appear in the walls you've built up around yourself. Often unprepared, the rawness revealed is that of an untempered soul not familiar with being out in the open for all to see.

A fraxure is bittersweet...

These are the tales of those who ask 'why me?'
These are the tales from the within.

A crack or break common with 'internal' injuries.
We often rely on 'external fixations' to put these the pieces back together.

Time - 9:30pm / Weather - Overcast / Location - Ephesus

In a dark alley littered with filth from the Cataclysm 20+ years ago, there stands a figure in a tan trench coat & matching fedora. Green eyes pierce through the shadows of the hat.

Lightning fractures the night sky.
The light drizzle halts midair.
The rain then begins to fall upward.

Bright angelic wings suddenly outstretch from the being. Though one is clipped, and the other missing many feathers. They are both severely broken, and the light from them is fading.

Just for an instant, as their light flickers out, 7 shadows are briefly seen outstretched from the being, cast onto the ground and the walls around.

All light fades, the alley goes dark.
Emerald eyes are all that are seen.

"...why am I here?"

A symbol for good to many.
The several dozen tales that are followed in Fraxure all take place in a city called Ephesus.
This city was ceremonially named after a man named Eighven Ephesus who saved so many lives after 'the calamity'. He was a truly noble man.

One of the words above is a lie.
E, 8, and a backwards 7 make this logo.
There is meaning behind this.

A tale of the 'fractured' among us, Fraxure is an extremely dark psychological thriller/murder mystery comic that is currently in production that follows the lives of several individuals who are broken inside (Fractured) from events in their past that face against the greatest of foes... themselves.

Loosely based on the horrific events of many friends, family, acquaintances and myself over the years, it is designed to connect with the 'fraxured' and show them how their actions can lead to revelation and healing or further self-injury and damnation in life.

Tragedies like losing a spouse or loved one, mental anguishes like anxiety & depression, physical impairments & past regrets, murder & su***de are just a few I'll name that get touched on.

We've all made mistakes, and it 'fraxures' ourselves and others. Contrary to what you believe, our enemies are not each other...

Solve mysteries, find what is hidden, heal what is fractured.

Fraxure is a brand new comic IP in the making. With an interactive elements & a fresh take on the physical comic book experience.
