Meet the newly discovered Bikini Beetle!

I took a nice, relaxing watercolor class on Saturday afternoon at DeSoto State Park~Fort Payne, Alabama. I love making art but drawing/sketching is a real struggle for me. On the left is a Hercules beetle, drawn by the instructor and painted by me.

On the right, drawn by myself is a Bikini Beetle because when I started drawing this bug looked human and like it was wearing a bikini. So, in my true to my whimsical personality, I decided to stick with it and painted it as a make believe bug. ❤️😂

The second photo shows what bug I was trying to sketch.

There is a lot of love, energy, and emotions put into this piece. ❤️
