Tonight we honor Mental Health Awareness Month, by discussing the stigmas of mental health in the urban community and how to overcome them with Brooklyn based Psychotherapist & Master Social worker Jennifer Joseph and chatting with artist Freddie Forward about his transparency with bipolar disorder and how it impacts him as an artist.

And as usual we will be highlighting artists but this episode we are going to highlight uplifting, empowering or songs that speak on topics of mental health. Tag someone who fits the assignment!
