Big win today at the Race 🏊🚴🏃taking 7th overall and 1st in my age group! Super happy with the effort.

15 minute improvement over last years race 🤌

Got 2.5 mph faster on the bike and then 2:22 faster per mile on the run averaging 6:33 per mile.

Great racing with my boy and training partner .doran.33 he won his age group as well!

A year ago your boy could barely do 30 mins on the stair master.
