Open Play FAQ 👇
Q: When is Open Play?
A: Typically Monday-Friday 10AM-3PM, but always check out website and social media for schedule updates.
Q: How do I attend Open Play?
A: Walk-ins are always welcome, but we do have limited space for each session. Purchasing your PlayPass online is encouraged to reserve your spot.
Q: How long can my little one play during a regular Open Play session?
A: Choose 2 hours between 10AM-3PM that work best for you. If these hours don't work for your family, we also offer Late Open Play and Saturday Open Play throughout the month. Did you know we also offer unlimited open play from open to close for only $10 more?
Q: What do I need to bring to Open Play?
A: Socks for both you and your child. But if you forget them, we’ve got you covered! You can always purchase socks at our front desk.
Q: What ages does our play space accommodate?
A: Ages 6 months - 7 years. We even have a dedicated play area for our littlest friends!
Q: What is the cost to attend Open Play?
A: $15 for a PlayPass and $8 for each additional sibling. We also offer memberships, which included unlimited Open Play for the entire year 🫨
Q: Do adults need to purchase PlayPasses?
A: Nope! Grown-ups are free to enjoy the fun with their littles.
Q: We booked an Open Play session but our plans changed and we can't attend, can I get a refund?
A: Parents' schedules are really up to their littles aren't they?! We are always happy to reschedule your PlayPass for any day or time.
