We started in Flint with a simple Photo Booth setup and a few balloon jobs here and there. Since then, The Collective has grown into so much more, and now we’re officially expanding into West Michigan.
Our new Grand Rapids Service Hub is up and running, giving us a better way to serve events on the west side of the state with our iPad Photo Booth.

We’ve expanded - and we’re pretty proud of where things are headed.
We’ve officially leased an office in Flint, and in addition to that, we’ve opened our new Grand Rapids Service Hub to make it easier for us to serve more of West Michigan.
We’ve also expanded our Photo Booth lineup. We now have 5 iPad Photo Booths, our Mirror Photo Booth, and our 360 Video Booth, giving us more flexibility to take on more events across the state.
From Photo Booths and balloon decor to backdrops, event design and custom installs, we’re continuing to grow what The Collective can offer while keeping Flint as our home base and expanding our reach across Michigan.
We’re thrilled to keep growing and hope to continue building The Collective into one of Michigan’s leading names for Photo Booths and balloon decor.

We have a CRAZY busy weekend ahead—and we are so excited! 🎈📸
On Saturday, The Collective will be all across the area:
🏳️‍🌈 A huge balloon setup for Flint Pride
📸 Our sponsor booth at Flint Pride, featuring a Pride-themed Photo Booth running throughout the event, plus a few fun giveaways
🎓 A graduation Photo Booth in Swartz Creek
🎈 A large balloon décor booking for TeamMEM’s 60th birthday company celebration in Lapeer
Then Sunday through Monday, we’re heading to Ann Arbor for a Photo Booth and balloon décor booking for BioSkin Aesthetics!

We’re looking for occasional event help! 🎈📸
The Collective Balloons & Booths is growing, and we’re looking to add a few reliable people to our list for as-needed event help.
This would be occasional contractor work paid via check as a 1099 contractor, perfect for someone looking for extra income on weekends, evenings, or around events.
Help may include:
Setting up and tearing down balloon décor
Setting up photo booth events
Loading/unloading event supplies
Being an on-site photo booth attendant during events
Helping keep setups clean, professional, and on schedule
Must be:
Reliable and on time
Friendly and professional around clients and guests
Comfortable lifting/carrying event items
Available for some weekends and evenings
Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience is helpful but not required — we can train the right person.
Pay will vary depending on the event and scope of work. This is not a set weekly schedule; it is occasional/as-needed event work.
