Come listen to 4-5 presenters, connect with neighbors, meet local entrepreneurs, and enjoy a meal of soup, salad, and bread.

$5 to attend. All funds collected during the night go toward the micro-grant that will be awarded at the end of the event that received the most votes!

Overview:

Joel Rydecki—or, if you know him by his stage name— Isaac Ryder, is a dynamic musician/singer/songwriter with an artistic range that combines soul, fusion, jazz, funk, latin, jam, and progressive rock!

He fares from South Haven, MI and was drawn to Flint by its unique R&B and jazz fusion scene. Joel entertains audiences and fans alike with performances on the cover band circuit, but he shines best when he steps to the mic with an original song.

His background in classical, jazz vocal, and guitar has earned him a devoted following. He may also be the only performer with a trombone resting on stage among his acoustic and electric guitars—and he is never shy to trade them out when the tune calls for it!

Joel would love to see more young people embrace the art of music and creative expression. He purchased his first guitar when he was 10 and began performing by the time he was 12!

He is keenly aware of the business side of music, and offers workshops discussing the music industry—providing youth opportunities to explore both the instruments and technology they can use to develop a professional career of their own!

Isaac Ryder - The most magical and random thing happened. All of these kids crawled up to me while I was jamming at the beach with Cas & O. Something didn't want me to feel low and snagged me out. I was begging for a sign. Huge thanks to Michelle and her family for offering to record this. Caspian sang with me for the first time in another video I'll share soon.🙏💜🎶 this is what Soul Cure Productions is all about.
