A little space to slow down. 🌿

Join us every Monday at 6 PM for Community Co Regulation Sessions (Yoga + Sound Bath), an evening of movement, sound, breath, and community at Art House Farms Hoop House.

Come move, breathe, ground, and reconnect, surrounded by nature in the heart of Flint.

These sessions are donation based ($5–20 or garden weeding) to help keep them accessible to our community. 💚

Bring water and wear something comfortable. Need a mat or blanket? Let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Join us for our Sunday Community Dinner in Flint, featuring a calming sound bath, a potluck dinner, live music, a fireside acoustic open mic, and meaningful conversation in a welcoming space.

Whether you come with friends or on your own, you'll find a seat at the table.

Join us for the Girl Power Pool Party—a one-day women's retreat filled with sunshine, swimming, movement, laughter, and meaningful connection.
