I began researching inflammation after being diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) during pregnancy by my orthopedic doctor. CTS happens when inflammation causes the tissues in the wrist to swell, creating pressure inside the narrow carpal tunnel and compressing the median nerve. That pressure can lead to pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand.

That diagnosis made me stop and ask myself: how can I lower inflammation naturally and support my body better?

This became the beginning of my own wellness journey and research. Stay tuned as I start sharing what I’ve been learning about inflammation, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and overall health.
