A Force for Life A Force for Life is a site to connect people who are dedicated to saving this beautiful thing called life. A quick explanation of What Force for Life is about.

We have twelve short years to change the coarse of history. Force for Life is a place for people who love Sci-Fy and Fantasy Fiction to come together and use their love of beautiful stories and art to battle the ever mounting darkness that is plaguing our world. Now more than ever, it is apparent that we need people to join together. In these dark times, we wish to remind people of the wonderful t

hings that our favorites movies and books have taught us. I myself often find that I wish I didn't have to be around to witness the evil that is destroying the world, but as Gandalf said "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.". We here at Force for Life, choose to use our time bettering our world, while also having fun, and sometimes reminding people of what their favorite stories have taught us. Star Wars taught that Fear is the path to the Dark Side, Lord of the Rings taught that the smallest person can change the coarse of the future, and Harry Potter taught that Love is the most powerful form of magic there is. Those are only barely scratching the surface of all of the amazing stories out there, and the beautiful teachings that they each have presented to the world. Let us use those teachings to move forward and make our world a better place. We will post things relating to many popular fictional stories, as well as sharing information about gatherings where people can support good causes while enjoying pieces of their favorite worlds and realms. Some things will be politics related, but we will try to keep them somehow relatable to the realms of fantasy and sic-fy stories. We encourage others to share things as well, and soon we will have a blogging site where further sharing can take place. The blog site will contain posts from Force for Life, relating to happenings of the time of each post, while using references to the movies and books we all know and love.

The way we will change our world is through a combination of empathy, creativity, intellect, and knowledge. We are all set in our traditions and beliefs, but now we must share these things freely without judgement, so we may better learn, quickly. Each culture has knowledge and history to share, each person has ideas, skills, and passions to contribute. We need all of those things together, in order to better understand the choices before us and the paths we must take to save this world from ourselves. These trees, the stoic Ponderosa Pines of Northern Arizona, are struggling to stay alive. Their ancestors grew in this part of the world during the time of the dinosaurs, their petrified trunks dott the landscape to the North East, in the petrified Forest near Holbrook. Each of them should live to be eight hundred years old, but they are now struggling to grow to two hundred, in these rising temperatures. Little research has been done on these ancient Giants, and more people are needed to understand how to save them, before it's too late. Song by Heilung. |
