Magic was made yesterday. ☕️🥁🏺

We journeyed deep with cacao and hypnosis, moving through the mists to find our truest intentions. There is something so powerful about a community coming together to “root their vision.”
My heart is overflowing. Thank you for trusting the process, the drums, and the journey of Becoming.
Our 2026 visions are officially planted. Now, we watch them grow. 🌱

Faith and fear are not just emotions.
They are mental rehearsals.

In hypnosis, we understand something powerful:
the subconscious does not know the difference between what is vividly imagined and what is real.

So when you replay fear, you are conditioning your nervous system to expect threat.
When you rehearse faith, you are training your mind to recognize opportunity.

Both demand that you believe in something you cannot yet see.
Both create internal evidence through repetition.
Both shape behavior, decisions, and outcomes.

The question is not whether you believe.
You already do.

The question is:
Which future are you programming?

Your mind is always listening. Choose wisely.

f you feel strange, quiet, or a little adrift right now, you are not alone. We are in the “void”—that liminal space between the old year ending and the new one beginning.

Our culture tells us this is a time for frantic planning, loud resolutions, and forcing immediate change. It tells us that emptiness is a problem to be solved.

But your deeper mind knows better. (Swipe through ➡️)

Nature does not bloom all year long. It requires the deep, restorative quiet of winter to gather strength. Your mind is no different.

We often mistake this quiet “void” for stagnation. But if you look deeper, you realize that the void isn’t empty space—it is fertile soil. It is the necessary darkness where your subconscious does its most profound work.

Just because you cannot see the results on the surface yet, does not mean the growth isn’t happening. The deepest roots are always formed in the dark.

Give yourself permission to stop “doing” and just “be” in this space for a few more days. You don’t need to force the bloom. You just need to trust the planting.

Rest well. You are preparing for something magnificent. ✨

The Winter Solstice isn’t just about the lack of sun; it is an invitation to go inward. Just as the earth rests, so must we. In this space of stillness, we aren’t empty—we are fertile. We are in the womb of creation.
Tonight, I am honoring my shadow and the wisdom it holds. I am planting intentions not with force, but with the quiet knowing that the light always returns.

What seeds are you planting in the dark tonight? 👇

✨ 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘀 ✨

Did you know Friday the 13th was once celebrated as a sacred day of the Divine Feminine?

🌙 Friday is named for Freyja—the Norse goddess of love, beauty, and magic.
🌙 The number 13 represents the lunar cycles of the year, a symbol of feminine power, intuition, and renewal across many ancient traditions.

Long before it was called “unlucky,” this day invited us to honor the mysteries of the feminine—embracing the cycles of the moon, the wisdom of our intuition, and the beauty of our inner light.

Today, reclaim this sacred energy for yourself:
✨ Trust your intuition
✨ Celebrate your magic
✨ Flow with your unique rhythm

Friday the 13th isn’t a day to fear—it’s a day to remember the goddess within you.

This is what healing feels like
Not fixing. Not changing.
Just returning.
To the softness that was never lost, only waiting.
She hasn’t given up on you.
Neither have we.

March 20 – The Vernal Equinox: A Cosmic Threshold

On March 20, the Earth reaches a perfect balance—day and night, light and dark, exist as equals. The Vernal Equinox is not just an astronomical event but a portal, a sacred equilibrium between seen and unseen forces.

In ancient traditions, this was the true New Year, a time when nature awakens, energy shifts, and seeds—both physical and spiritual—begin their journey toward fruition. The Sun moves into Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, igniting a cosmic fire of renewal, courage, and creation.

Esoterically, the equinox is a gateway of balance, where we are called to align our own inner light and shadow, just as the Earth does. It is a potent time for intention-setting, purification, and initiation into the new cycle.

What will you plant in the fertile soil of this new season? 🌱✨
