This year's blockprints are the Native Garden triptych: Milkweed, Echinacea, and Wood Lily. All native to Michigan, and peep 👀 each has its own native caterpillar, too.

New specs! I tried on these crazy huge frames and said "is it weird that I kind of love these trendy things?" And the tech said "UM NO, because they look amazing on you. Best so far!" And they weren't anywhere near the most expensive ones. So I rolled with them. Committed to seeing better at least a year in these biggies!

I do 20+ art festivals a year and at least three times have to endure this ridiculous dry-out process. It's a long vid but if you're new here and contemplating becoming a festival artist, you might want to give it a watch. I hate doing this but protecting my investment is critical. No mildew inside the Big Mitten Linocuts tent!

A very special project for a very special someone. 💗

28 unique blocks printed on IKEA's Ringsta shade.

If you carve rubber aka the pink stuff (I'm no good at carving it but grammy's gotta do what a grammy's gotta do) and use fabric ink you can make a custom lampshade easily because Ringsta lies flat. Works in ceiling and floor fixtures.

(No, I do not make custom lampshades. This is grammy biz only. I'm allowed. 💗)
