I’d excited to share a man named Matt Blackburn and his podcast Mitolife with you all. I am very much appreciating and absorbed into just about everything he shares through his Instagram and Spotify. Not to mention he brings on reputable doctors that dig into the chemistry behind it all, which makes it that much more engrossing for me. If you know me, you know I have a burning passion for human health with an emphasis in soul foods and minerals. He’s brought forth so much new yummy information to my awareness & I’m having a jolly ole time with it - & I’ve only scratched the surface! 💓 Perhaps you’ll come across something that takes you on down a rabbit hole too 🕳 🌀
