South Dakota native Bill Lillibridge is an artist and sculptor whose personal history has shaped his art. Bill studied Fine Arts at University of South Dakota before beginning a lifelong career in the United States Marine Corps. After retirement, further Master’s studies at New Mexico State University and teaching in a So

uth Dakota high school, Bill settled into his studio to create beautiful works of art. THE ARTISTIC PROCESS

Bill is motivated by his passion for art, beauty, post-apocalyptic movies and recycling. His bots come to life with unique personalities and narratives as he assembles them. I'm sorry to inform our family, friends and customers that Bill will no longer be creating the "Bots" he loves. His illness has taken a toll and he is unable to physically do it at this point. If that changes in the future we will post that information. If he recovers enough his plan is to go back to painting, we'll have to see. Thank you ALL for your prayers and kind words. If he improves enough we will try to do the Lakeville Art Festival in Lakeville MN. It's one of our favorites!

Bill of "Bills Bot Shop" has had a rough 2020 so far. We wanted to let you know that do to a serious illness Bill will not be attending any Art Shows this season. I'm so sorry for those of you that come every year, we will miss seeing you all. If anything changes you all will be the first to know! Please, stay safe and healthy.

Sorry we haven't posted anything about Lakeville Art Festival this season. We just weren't sure if we were going to make it. But we ARE showing and hope to see you all there. Also I haven't been able to post pictures because I had to get a new phone and can't figure out how to get it to allow me to post pictures yet. 😒

Bills Bot Shop would like to let our Family & Friends know that Bill will not be doing the Stone Arch Bridge Festival this season. Bills Bot Shop is on Winter Break. Our last show of the season was the Lakeville Art Festival in September. It was a fun show again this year, a little warm to say the least. The venue is lovely with lots of friendly and talented artists. Management is always so kind and welcoming to the Artists. We had lots of visitors this year even our grown daughters 5th grade teacher visited our tent, and a surprise visit from family from Illinois, so it was fun! We will be posting pics of new Bots as they evolve and will let you know which shows (if any) we will be doing in 2019. The set up and tear down gets tougher every year. We wish you all a safe Halloween, a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year! 🤖🤖🤖
