Yesterday I had the privilege and was honored to assist Smithfield Packers Youth Sports and one of their cheerleaders, Kylie, and her mother Anita in welcoming home United States Air Force MSgt Christopher Reynolds, stationed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis

He was deployed to the Middle East for roughly 4 months. Kylie is a true daddy's girl. To ensure he didn't miss a moment, her mom Anita got creative. They celebrated ALL holidays that he would have missed before he left for his deployment. Mrs. Reynolds mentioned that she wanted to surprise Kylie with her dad's return.

In honor of April being the month of the military child, we are more than excited to welcome MSgt Christopher Reynolds home! We thank him for his service. We tip our hats and shake our poms to Mrs. Reynolds and Kylie for the wait that they endured.
