Here at GSPI we take a very comprehensive and clinical approach to each athlete. This starts with meeting them where they are at upon initial program enrollment.

Our goal at GSPI is to not just only train, or to fix an athlete and send them on their way, but rather assess where they are, develop the areas they are limited in, reevaluate them, and determine next steps in developing athleticism further.

Rooted in philosophy as a holistic physician, the mission statement of GSPI “Elevate your Expectations” is critical to everything we do. It is important this philosophy sinks in to the parent and athlete. This means that your standard as a parent and as the participating athlete need to be in sync with understanding what it takes to change the athlete’s life- this type of training takes a lot of hard work, focus, and consistency.

From my personal experience as a pro level athlete, chiropractor, and high level performance coach a true athlete requires grit. I have experience training for professional athletics (NFL/CFL), collegiate level, highschool and even grade level. It’s never too early to start helping your athlete solidify the training and work ethic that can take them anywhere they want to go in life. The work only stops when the athlete or parent chooses to stop- ultimately killing the path that was set up for them to achieve great goals.

Very proud of another GSPI athlete, Emeri Sager, on her first healthy appearance at state due to her ankle injury she had her freshman year.

Sager came to GSPI a little over 2 months ago running a 2:33 800m dash and in that time we got her time down to a 2:24! She definitely has a lot more in the tank for her Junior and Senior season!

I can’t wait to see how far she goes!

Fairfield Community High School will host the IHSA 1A Sectional Track Meet on May 20th, 2026! 👟 Field Events will begin at 4:00pm with Running Events to follow at 5:15pm.

🎟️Tickets: May be purchased ahead of time through the GoFan link https://gofan.co/event/6549821?schoolId=IL16683 or at the gate on the day of the event. ($9.40 with fees on GoFan or $10 cash at the gate)

🚗Parking: Fans can park in the gravel lot located east of the football field and north of the school, but please understand that parking will be limited until our students dismiss at 3:00.

🚪Gate: Gates will open at the east end ticket booths at 3:00pm
