Are you ready to jump, jive, and wail with the FSAF Jazz Faculty and friends? 🎷Jazz Week is coming! We are pleased to welcome back Kyle Athayde and friends as our Jazz Faculty this summer. Offering masterclass style workshops in specific instruments: Percussion, Piano, Guitar, Bass, Saxophone, Trumpet, and Trombone along with improvisation and rhythym section workshops and our popular BIG BAND ensemble — you don’t want to miss this.

The Jazz Week program is heavily sponsored by a generous grant from the Bill Stroecker Foundation.

🪕Are you ready for some pickin’ and grinnin’ this summer? Joining our returning American Roots faculty, Lisa Kljaich (Ukulele) and Ryan Bowers (Bass and Guitar) are the members of the Award-Winning, Tennessee based trio — Blue Ridge Gathering! Join Duck Ryan (Guitar and Banjo), Jessica Watson (Banjo), and Cody Bauer (Fiddle) for a grand old time building your playing skills on your favorite instruments and styles in picking techniques, arranging, playing, singing, and more.

With classes in Clawhammer Banjo, Folk Guitar, Songwriting and Arranging, Harmony Singing, Old Time and Bluegrass styles, Fiddle playing, and more — there is something for all levels of folk musicians, from aspiring to accomplished. 🎻
