4. Eggnog
3 cups chopped white chocolate, from four 4-ounce baking bars (Ghirardelli brand)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon rum extract
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional sprinkle for garnish

5. Reese's
40 Reese’s full-size peanut butter cups, divided
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons heavy cream
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

6. Microwave
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 tablespoons butter, cubed
1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients
🌀 Lemon
For the Cake Base
¾ cup all purpose flour, spooned and leveled
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon table salt
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon zest, about 1 medium-sized lemon
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon pure lemon extract
1 drop yellow gel food coloring
¼ cup powdered sugar, for dusting tea towel
1 tablespoon powdered sugar, for dusting finished swiss roll
You will need a 10x15x1 jelly roll pan
