PEOPLE WHO ARE TELLING THE TRUTH USUALLY TRY TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR. PEOPLE WHO ARE HIDING SOMETHING OFTEN MAKE THINGS CHAOTIC.
One thing I’ve noticed over time is this: when someone is genuinely honest, they usually want the conversation to lead somewhere healthy. Even if they are uncomfortable, they try to answer questions, explain themselves properly, and bring clarity to the situation.
But when someone is being deceptive, the conversation often becomes emotionally messy very quickly.
