How to tie your waist beads

*Wrap full strand around your waist.
*Bring together at area you want to tie your beads that is comfortable to you & not too snug (high/mid waist, panty line or hips): recommend high waist for weight loss tracking.
*Remove any additional beads by pushing them toward knotted ends of thread.
*Tie 3-4 tight knots where the wanted beads touch/meet.
*Cut close to knot leaving 1-2 cm or more. (Optional to burn ends only if the thread is not cotton. If your waist beads is with Cotton thread DO NOT BURN ENDS)
