Life has been lifing lately and I’ve taken a pretty big step back from social media.
I spend the majority of my time momming, reading, hanging out with family (discord or in person), and writing a book when I have the urge to write
I probably wont go back to posting daily for awhile🥰 I’ve just been really enjoying being in the present and not on my phone all the time

Today wasn’t perfect but I got up, I went outside, and I showed up anyway. That’s a win.

Today I am in tears because of this damn disease.
For years I have been told that my pain is normal, that I shouldn’t complain so much.
I’m here to tell you, it’s bu****it. It’s painful, you allowed to cry. If anyone tells you otherwise I want you to tell them to ✨f**k off✨
It’s painful, it’s not normal cramps, it’s not normal back pain. It’s pain that has made me lay in bed all day, pain that has brought me to my knees
I’m exhausted chat 😅
