Lift up other creatives!
The artists.
The writers.
The musicians.
The one's who put in the work.
Who practice
Until their hands bleed, and their minds
Break. And they put themselves back together
On the daily. Juggling day jobs, and families.
Who make beautiful mistakes,
The misspelled words,
And eraser marks,
And off notes.
And learn to turn those mistakes into something
Astonishing. Serendipitous. Inspired.

As a member of I have to call out this absolutely appalling new anti-trans bill being proposed under the radar right now. It is literally discrimination being codified into federal law!

I honestly can't believe I have to say this, but:
Trans women are WOMEN.
Trans men are MEN.
**REGARDLESS OF WHAT'S IN THEIR PANTS**
But more importantly, even if you'd argue with those last few points, if you can't accept this next point, you're a douche-canoe...
Trans people are human!
Let me say that again for the red-hats in the back:
TRANS. PEOPLE. ARE. HUMAN.

This is a NATIONAL BOOK BAN against any book showing representation of Trans people.

Write to your representative and say NO on H.R. 7661!
