The Minecraft grandma 'GrammaCrackers' who uploads YouTube videos to help fund her grandsons cancer treatment has now reached $48,000 on the GoFundMe page.

💵 This amount doesn't include the wave of donations directly sent to the YouTube channel, which would likely bring that number above $50,000

🤝 She has also announced a new partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital to support children and families battling cancer ❤️
