First, I am so thankful for all my customers, many who return banner after banner, my books stay full and for that I am grateful!

However, full payment is due *2 weeks* before your date needed. I always reach out to finalize details and payment at the 2 week mark. If you need a few days grace that is ok, but paint will not be put to paper without full payment, since all items are custom made. If there is no response when I reach out and/or no payment less than a week from your needed date, sadly you lose your spot on my books. I HATE doing this, but there are often people waiting for a spot or last minute request I can fit in. This does not happen often but in the event that is does I felt I needed to put this out there.

Please understand this is not personal, it's business.
